This Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) is hereby entered into by and between the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency; the United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service Chippewa National Forest and Superior National Forest; Minnesota management units of the United States Department of the Interior, National Park Service, Fish and Wildlife Service, and Bureau of Indian Affairs ; the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources; the Minnesota Department of Transportation; the Minnesota Department of Military Affairs; and The Nature Conservancy, a nonprofit corporation of the District of Columbia, hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”. All of the parties except the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency are referred to collectively as the “Land Management Parties.”
