This ESCROW AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), made and entered into and dated as of April 1, 2016, by and among the Y/S School Facilities Financing Authority (the “Authority”), the Chula Vista Elementary School District (the “District”), and The U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association having a corporate trust office in Los Angeles, California and being qualified to accept and administer the escrow hereby created (the “Escrow Bank”).
