This master agreement (the “Master Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the Master Agreement Effective Date above, by and between the customer named above (“Customer”) and Industrial and Financial Systems, IFS UK Limited with its principal place of business at Bourne House, Watermans Business Park, The Causeway, Staines-Upon-Thames, TW18 3BA (“IFS”) (each a “Party” and jointly the “Parties”). Defined terms used in this Master Agreement shall have the meaning given to them in the Definitions section of this Master Agreement, unless the context requires otherwise.
