Submitted for your approval and execution is the attached agreement between the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Healthy Minds Policy Initiative, LLC to conduct a community mental health assessment necessary to address the opioid epidemic in Tulsa County. The term of this agreement shall begin upon approval and remain in effect until the work described in Exhibit A is complete, at a cost of $75,000 as further described in the attached.
