This Pricing Agreement ("Agreement"), effective as of the date of last signature ("Effective Date"), is entered into by and between the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research, a Colorado non-profit corporation, having a mailing address of 3090 Center Green Drive, Boulder, Colorado 80301 ("UCAR") and Midwest Material, Inc. (“Seller”) having a mailing address of 601 E. Rogers Road, Longmont, Colorado 80501. UCAR and the Seller may be alternately referred to herein as Party, individually, or Parties, collectively.
