THIS 4th ADDENDUM is to that Contract for Services entered into on 13th January 2013 and as amended by the First Addendum on 15th May 2018; by the Second Addendum on 2nd February 2021; and by the Third Addendum on June 2021; by and between the County of Siskiyou (“County”) and Karpel Solutions Inc. (“Contractor”) and is entered into on the date when it has been both approved by the Board and signed by all other parties to it.
