I, hereby apply for authorization to purchase water from a City of Union Gap fire hydrant and to rent the necessary water meter and equipment for the purpose listed. I agree to pay the replacement cost (listed below), as a deposit, on the water meter and associated equipment. I agree to return said water meter and associated equipment in satisfactory condition by dated listed and pay for all metered consumption, per the current City of Union Gap Water Rate Structure, as outlined by City Ordinance.
