LACCD subscribes to the Microsoft Campus Agreement 3.0. This agreement is intended to help educational institutions manage and deploy Microsoft software licenses. With this subscription licensing program, campuses have the right to run a selection of products and any upgrades or downgrades of those products for a designated term. Even if the number of computers or users grows, campuses remain fully licensed throughout the designated term. The Campus Agreement Subscription was designed specifically for higher education institutions and offers the simplicity of counting people instead of computers.
