This is the Method of Financing attached to the Affordable Housing Loan Agreement (the “Loan Agreement”) between the Borrower and the City pertaining to the Project as defined in the Loan Agreement. Any capitalized term not otherwise defined herein expressly or by context shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Loan Agreement.
