This Amendment (“Amendment”), effective as of February 24, 2020, to the Medical Supplies Contract, No. 42000000-18-ACS (“Contract”), is made by and between the State of Florida, Department of Management Services (“Department”), and McKesson Medical-Surgical Inc. (“Contractor”), collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.” All capitalized terms used herein have the meanings assigned to them in the Contract unless otherwise defined herein.‌
