If Producer is using the Services on behalf of an organization, Producer is agreeing to these Terms for that organization and promises that Producer has the authority to bind that organization to these terms. In that case, “Producer”, “you” and “your” will refer to that organization. This Agreement applies to all Content (as the term is defined in Section 1.1) that Producer has previously submitted and, in the future, will submit via the Site.
