$19,345,000 General Obligation Lease Refunding and Capital Improvement Warrants, Series 2014-B, dated their date of issuance (the "Series 2014-B Warrants"), and $27,045,000 General Obligation School Refunding and Capital Improvement Warrants, Series 2014-C, dated their date of issuance (the "Series 2014-C Warrants" and, together with the Series 2014-A Warrants and the Series 2014-B Warrants, the "Warrants") for the purpose of redeeming and retiring certain obligations of the City, paying the costs of issuing the Warrants, and paying for certain public capital improvements within the City including, without limitation, certain public school capital improvements aggregating approximately $1,650,000 (the "Public School Improvements") and for public roadway and related infrastructure improvements; and
