The intent and purpose of the Agreement shall be to promote and improve industrial and economic relations, to establish and a high degree of discipline and efficiency, and to set forth herein basic procedures covering hours of work and conditions of contract. It is also the purpose of this Agreement to provide a method of fair and peaceful adjustment of all disputes which may arise between the parties.
