This is your Contract for residency in the Ferris State University (“University”) Residence Halls during the entire 2020-2021 academic year (fall 2020 and spring 2021 semesters). This is not a contract for University Apartments or the East Campus Suites. Please read it thoroughly and familiarize yourself with its contents. Please do not sign the Contract until you are fully familiar with all terms and conditions and are prepared to meet the financial obligations. Knowledge of and compliance with the information in this Contract is each Resident’s responsibility. This is a legally binding contract.
