THIS DISTRIBUTION AND SYSTEM ACCESS SERVICE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into between EPCOR Distribution & Transmission Inc. (“EDTI”), the owner of an electric distribution system, having its principal place of business in Edmonton, Alberta and Insert name of Retailer, an entity validly authorized under the laws of Alberta to sell electricity to retail customers in Alberta, having its principal place of business in Insert principal place of business of Retailer (“Retailer”).
