If Special Conditions apply to the relevant Tranche or, as the case may be, the relevant Series of Covered Bonds, the Security Trustee must approve the draft applicable Final Terms. The Security Trustee shall be deemed to have approved the draft applicable Final Terms if it has not objected in writing to all or any of the terms thereof within two (2) business days of the Security Trustee receiving the draft applicable Final Terms in accordance with this Clause 2.5. In the event that the Security Trustee indicates as soon as practicable after receipt within such period that it does not approve of the provisions of the draft applicable Final Terms then the Tranche or, as the case may be, the Series relating to such draft applicable Final Terms shall not be issued until such time as the Security Trustee shall so approve the draft applicable Final Terms.
