BY EXECUTING THE PAL OR SAL, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO ENTER INTO THIS MASTER SUPPORT AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF CUSTOMER AND TO BIND CUSTOMER TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS MASTER SUPPORT AGREEMENT. UPON YOUR EXECUTION OF THE PAL OR SAL, THIS MASTER SUPPORT AGREEMENT SHALL CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AND BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND SERENA SOFTWARE DO BRASIL LTDA.
