These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement (the “Agreement”) between HOF Village Media, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of the HOF Village Newco, LLC (collectively “HOFV”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you (also referred to herein as “you,” “your,” or “user”), governing your purchase of a non-fungible token(s) (“NFT”) and corresponding benefits or special offers. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase an NFT.
