Unit owners may reserve a portion of the Common Areas with consent of the Board & such unit owner shall be solely responsible for the costs of preparation, cleanup, and restoration. Owners can extend their right to his/her family, lessees, and invitees subject to reasonable regulation. An owner who leases his or her Unit shall deem to have assigned all such rights to the lessee of such Unit, provided the owner has notified the Board of the lease.
