THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 amends, as outlined below, the following items in the Agreement made on June 26, 2013 (hereinafter called the Agreement), by and between the City of Auburn, located at Memorial City Hall, 24 South Street, Auburn, NY 13021, (hereinafter called the City) and TLC Emergency Medical Services, Inc. (hereinafter called “TLC”) for the purpose of increasing rates charged and payments reimbursed pursuant to the Agreement.
