Access to Company Confidential Information. In visiting the facilities of WORLD VIEW ENTERPRISES INC. (the “Company”), I understand that I may obtain access to, or be exposed to, Company information and materials that are highly confidential and sensitive, and constitute the Company’s confidential and proprietary information (collectively, “Confidential Information”). In consideration for permission to access the Company’s facilities, I agree that I will not take, copy, use, disclose, divulge, disseminate or reproduce any Confidential Information, and that I will keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential at all times.
