Attached is a Student Agreement for you and your child to sign as well as a Birrigai Camp Agreement for your signature. Please read the Agreements with your child and return them to school with all signed forms by Friday, 10 February 2023. Note that, if your child suffers from asthma or uses a puffer or has anaphylaxis, you will also need to complete and return an Emergency/Asthma Treatment Plan to the school prior to camp. Please contact your child’s teacher if you need a copy of this form.
