This District User License Agreement (this “DULA”) is entered into as of July 1, 2012 (the “Effective Date”) between the Texas Education Service Center Curriculum Collaborative (“TESCCC”), a Texas nonprofit corporation, currently comprised of 19 Education Service Centers in the State of Texas (each ESC that is a member of TESCCC being referred to as an “ESC”), and , an independent school district in the State of Texas (the “ISD”).
