THIS NEGOTIATIONS AGREEMENT, Made and entered into on this the 14th day of May, 2015, by and between WEISER SCHOOL DISTRICT TRUSTEES, hereinafter referred to as “District” and representatives of the Weiser Education Association , hereinafter referred to as “Representative Organization”. This agreement is being negotiated pursuant to the provisions of Sections 33-1271 through 33-1276, Idaho Code.
