THIS REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (Turbine Flats Project) is entered into between the CITY OF LINCOLN, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation in the State of Nebraska (“City”), VENTRE A TERRE, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company (“Owner”), and TURBINE FLATS PROJECT, INC., a Nebraska nonprofit corporation, (“Redeveloper”).
