The District hereby recognizes the Union as the exclusive representative to the extent required by Act 379 of the Public Acts of 1965 for the purpose of collective bargaining for all personnel employed by the District as full-time Administrative employees, including Principals, and Assistant Principals, excluding interim administrative positions and the Superintendent.
