Studio Event Rental AgreementEvent Rental Agreement • May 17th, 2015
This contract, as well as the signed Event Rental Rules form, represents a rental agreement between Street Beatz Studio and the Lessee. The Lessee has read and signed the Event Rental Rules and agrees to abide by them during their event. The Lessee must be present at the studio during the entire event time and agrees that they are fully responsible for their guests/participants during their event/party. The Lessee also releases Street Beatz Studio from any liability that may arise from the lessee’s use of Street Beatz Studio’s facilities and is required to have EVERY participant sign a Liability Waiver.
