If Customer is agreeing to this Agreement not as an individual, but on behalf of Customer’s company, then “Customer” means Customer’s company and by entering into this Agreement, Customer is agreeing to bind, and representing that Customer has full authority to bind, Customer’s company to this Agreement. Customer and Appspace may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
