Collin County Community College District (Collin College or the “College”) and the McKinney Independent School District (McKinney ISD) hereby enter into the following Partnership Agreement (“Agreement”) to provide opportunities for high school students to concurrently enroll in college courses and programs. This Agreement is written in accordance with Title 19, Part 1, Chapter 9, Subchapter H of the Texas Administration Code pertaining to partnerships between secondary schools and public two-year colleges.
