This Compact is an agreement between the PHE families and Purple Heart Elementary. This Compact outlines and describes how parents, PHE staff, and students will partner together and share the responsibility to help students achieve high academic standards and realize their full potential. We will provide a supportive learning environment that shares the responsibility of reaching the full potential of each student.
