(“VZ”) within Pennsylvania and New Jersey, except Cellco Partnership, its subsidiaries, and its affiliates d/b/a Verizon Wireless, Verizon Information Services BA Directory South Sales (NTD/PDD/CDSC), and all entities (and all of their subsidiaries) with a market capitalization or value of more than $3 billion, acquired or merged with Bell Atlantic Corporation, Verizon Communications Inc., or their subsidiaries, with a closing date after October 9, 1998 (hereinafter “Company”), and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Locals 827 and 1944, AFL-CIO (hereinafter called “IBEW” or “the Unions”), addressing certain issues as follows:
