This agreement is made effective upon receipt of an iPad, between the Central Lee Community School District (CLCSD), the student receiving an iPad (“Student”), and his/her parent(s) or legal guardian (“Parent”). The Student and Parent(s), in consideration of being provided with an iPad device, software, and related materials (the “iPad”) for use while a student is at Central Lee Community School District, hereby agree as follows:
