This Software as a Service (SaaS) Subscription Agreement, and the Order Form which references these terms (collectively, this “Agreement”) is entered into between Jurisage Group Inc, a Canada corporation having its principal place of business at 247 Albany Ave, Toronto ON (“Jurisage”) and the customer as listed on the attached Schedules and/or Order Form (“Customer”, and together with Jurisage, the “Parties”, and each, a “Party”).
