This Interconnection and Reciprocal Compensation Agreement for the exchange of Telecommunications Traffic between carriers (“Agreement”) is effective as of the 1st day of July, 2007 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Marquette-Adams Telephone Cooperative, Inc. (“MATC”), a Wisconsin Corporation, with its principal office at 113 North Oxford Street P.O. Box 45, Oxford, Wisconsin 53952 and United States Cellular Corporation (“USCC”), a Delaware corporation, with its principal office at 8410 West Bryn Mawr, Chicago, IL 60631-34866 . MATC and USCC are referred to herein individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
