(“DPI-Teleconnect”), a Delaware corporation, having an office at 2997 LBJ Freeway, Suite 225, Dallas, Texas, 75234, and ALLTEL Communications Services Corporation (“ALLTEL”), a Delaware corporation, having an office at One Allied Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas, 72202, for and on behalf of its affiliated local exchange carriers identified in Attachment 1: ALLTEL Affiliated Local Exchange Carriers (collectively the Parties).
