The City of Minot (“City”), a municipal corporation located at 515 2nd Avenue SW, Minot, North Dakota 58702 will permit Bird Rides, Inc. (“Vendor”), a Delaware Corporation located at 406 Broadway Ave. #369, Santa Monica, CA 90401 to provide services under the terms and limitations set forth in this Memorandum of Understanding (“Agreement”). This Agreement shall remain in effect until December 31, 2023. This Agreement sets forth the full and entire understanding of the parties regarding the deployment of stand-up electric scooter sharing within the City of Minot and supersedes any and all prior oral or written agreements or discussions.
