This license agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you, a single corporate entity (“Licensee”) and the PrismTech Group Limited company with which your purchase order is placed and accepted (“Licensor”), for use of Licensor’s (and / or its affiliates’) and / or its licensors’ proprietary software products, which include any computer software, printed materials, "online" or electronic documentation and any upgrades or modifications thereto ("the Software"). By placing a purchase order for the Software, installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
