This Contract of engagement/employment (“Agreement”), together with your Offer Letter and Company Policies, constitutes a written statement of your terms and conditions of engagement/employment. The company policies includes but is not limited to all policies, procedures, rules, guidelines, etc., established by the Company and as amended from time to time which are applicable to all Apprentices generally, within the Company (“Company Policies”). For the purposes of this Agreement “Group” means Bank of America Corporation, the Company and any direct or indirect subsidiary and affiliates of either of these. Affiliate means a business entity now or hereafter controlled by, controlling or under common control of Bank of America Corporation.
