Agreement(s) between Ziff Davis, Inc. and/or any of its Affiliates (collectively, “Ziff Davis”) and the independent contractor who executes this Addendum or an Agreement into which this Addendum is incorporated by reference (“Contractor”) for Contractor to render services (which may be identified as “Services” or otherwise in the applicable Agreement, and hereinafter defined as “Services”) to Ziff Davis (collectively, the “Agreement”), to reflect the Agreement between Ziff Davis and Contractor with regard to the Processing of Personal Data (as each is defined below) in connection with the Agreement. All capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement, absent a contrary definition in the applicable legislation.
