This Construction Contract (“Contract”) for the 2024 Street Maintenance Project (“Project”) is made and entered into on this _ day of June 2024 (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of Wilsonville, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), and Knife River Corporation - Northwest, an Oregon corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”).
