The real and personal property located at (the “Property”) is the subject of this agreement. Filmmaker shall have access to the Property for preparing, rehearsing, filming and recording of scenes and sounds for the short film currently titled (the “Film”). Filmmaker and Grantor agree that the following provisions are incorporated into the contract to which it is attached and made a part thereof, said contract being signed and dated , 20 .
