THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into as of this day of , 2018, by and among the BOROUGH OF BRACKENRIDGE, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as “Brackenridge”; the TOWNSHIP OF HARRISON, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as “Harrison”; and the BOROUGH OF TARENTUM, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as “Tarentum”; hereinafter referred to individually as “Municipality” or “Party” and collectively as “Municipalities” or “Parties.”
