THIS CONTRACT (the “Contract”) is entered into on , 2024, by and between A. Morton Thomas and Associates, Inc. (AMT), hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor;” and the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization, a N.C. metropolitan transportation planning organization, authorized and existing under Article 16 of Chapter 136 of the N.C. General Statutes (“CAMPO”); (Collectively, the “Parties”).
