This TRUST AGREEMENT is made as of August 12, 2004 (this “Trust Agreement”), by and among Radian Group Inc., a Delaware corporation, as Depositor (the “Depositor”), and Wilmington Trust Company, a Delaware banking corporation, as property trustee (the “Property Trustee”) and Wilmington Trust Company, a Delaware banking corporation, as trustee (the “Delaware Trustee”) (the Property Trustee and the Delaware Trustee are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Trustees”).
