THIS INCENTIVE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is dated as of day of April, 2021 (“Effective Date”), and is between System Logistics Corporation, a North Carolina limited liability company (hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as “SLC”), and BUNCOMBE COUNTY, a public body politic and a political subdivision of the State of North Carolina (“County”).
