BAKO PATHOLOGY LP, a Delaware limited partnership (the “Partnership”), is made and entered into as of January 7, 2016, by and among Bako Pathology GP LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as General Partner, each Limited Partner set forth on Exhibit A hereto, and such other Limited Partners as may be added pursuant to the terms hereof, for the purpose of forming a limited partnership under the Act. Capitalized terms used in this Agreement and not otherwise defined above have the meanings ascribed to them in ARTICLE II.
