The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish and maintain collective bargaining relations between the Company and its employees, and to provide mechanisms for the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances, and to establish and maintain mutually satisfactory working conditions, hours of work, wages and all other conditions of employment for all employees who are subject to the provisions of this Agreement which are therefore set out as follows.
