This Software as a Service License Agreement (“SaaS Agreement”), effective on November 3rd, 2020 (“Effective Date”), is made by and between TouchPhrase Development, LLC d/b/a Julota, which has a place of business at 102 S. Tejon St., Ste. 1100, Colorado Springs, CO 80903 (“Julota”), and , with offices at (“Customer”), in exchange for the mutual promises contained herein, the receipt and legal sufficiency of which are acknowledged. Julota and Customer shall be collectively referred by as the “Parties”.
