The live-in aide will reside in the unit solely for the purpose of caring and providing related services for the tenant. The live-in aide must vacate the unit immediately upon termination of the live-in aide’s service by the tenant or termination of the tenant’s tenancy. The live-in aide must abide by and is subject to all house rules, if any, and lease provisions (except rent provisions).
