The City, pursuant to the Agreement of Support (as defined in the Indenture), has agreed to provide transfers and otherwise provide funds to the Issuer in support of the obligation of the Issuer to make payments with respect to the Series 2018 Bonds, subject to the requirement that the governing body of the City make an annual appropriation of the amounts of such transfers or provision of funds as may be required during the then current fiscal year.
